Darin W. Wagner, M.Sc., P. Geo
President & CEO, Director

Mr. Wagner is a professional geologist with over 20 years of exploration and development experience. He was President of Sydney Resource Corp. prior to its 2006 merger to form West Timmins Mining Inc. From 2000 to 2005 Mr. Wagner served as Exploration Manager for Platinum Group Metals Ltd. and New Millennium Metals Corp. directing programs in Canada and South Africa. Previously he was a member of the Project Development Team and an exploration manager for Cominco (now Teck Cominco) in North and South America and worked on the Duck Pond project for Noranda (now Xstrata) in Newfoundland. Mr. Wagner holds a Master's degree in Earth Sciences from Carleton University and a Bachelor of Science Honours degree from the University of Waterloo.

Larry Taddei, C.A., B. Comm.
Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Taddei holds a Bachelor of Commerce Degree from the University of British Columbia and obtained his Chartered Accountant designation in 1990. For the past 18 years, he has held senior accounting and finance roles in the natural resource sector. Most recently, he held the position of CFO with a Vancouver-based gold producer with operations in South America. During his tenure, Mr. Taddei was instrumental in the completion of both debt and equity financings and oversaw the transition of the Company from an explorer to a producer. Mr. Taddei has also consulted in Corporate Governance and Risk Management in the mining industry.

John Toporowski
Investor Relations

Mr. Toporowski spent the better part of a decade involved with his family’s business of providing specialized engineering, construction and metallurgical services to start up heap leach gold companies. Subsequently, he joined the principals of the ‘Breakwater Group’ to assist in the promotion of Pecos Resources and Granges Exploration during the 1980’s. Since 1990, he has held investor relations positions with a number of successful exploration and development companies including New Canamin (Huckleberry Mine), Callinan Mines (Callinan Mine), Tan Range Exploration; now Tanzanian Royalty Exploration Corp., and New Millennium Metals Corp. (who merged with Platinum Group Metals Ltd.).
Mr. Toporowski will maintain and continue to expand WTM’s presence in the retail investor community. He will work to ensure that the value created by management is fully recognized by shareholders and the investment community and reflected in the market capitalization of the Company.

Dr. Linus Keating, D. Sc. P. Geo
Manager, Exploration - Mexico

Dr. Keating is a certified professional geologist who brings over 25 years experience in North, Central, and South America and Asia to the Company. Dr. Keating previously served as an Exploration Manager for Kennecott Exploration and as a Principal Geologist for the Rio Tinto group, one of the world’s largest mining companies. He is credited with the discovery of the Sandman gold resource in Nevada, and his work was instrumental to the discovery of the Altar copper-gold porphyry system in Argentina. During the last year, Dr. Keating has served the Company by coordinating technical aspects of all projects in Mexico. Dr. Keating has extensive experience in porphyry copper and epithermal gold-silver systems and will manage the Company’s exploration activities in Mexico with the support of consulting group Minera Cascabel SA de CV.

Frank R. Hallam, B.B.A., C.A.
Corporate Secretary, Director

Mr. Hallam has extensive experience at the senior management level with several publicly listed resource companies. He currently serves as CFO of MAG Silver Corp and as a Director and CFO of Platinum Group Metals Ltd. Mr. Hallam was the original founder of New Millennium Metals Inc. He was previously an auditor with Coopers Lybrand, specializing in the mining industry. He is a Chartered Accountant and has a degree in Business Administration from Simon Fraser University.

Wayne J. O'Connor
Director & Chairman of the Board

Mr. O'Connor is President & CEO of Trelawney Resources Inc., a TSX Venture Exchange listed exploration company, and has raised over $20 million for mining exploration over his 18 year career. He was President, CEO and a Director of Band-Ore Resources Ltd. for 15 years until its 2006 merger with Sydney Resource Corporation to form West Timmins Mining Inc. Mr. O'Connor was directly involved in the 1994 discovery of the Caber copper-zinc deposit in Matagami, Quebec while President of Kingswood Explorations. In 1991 he began the acquisition of the 60 square kilometre Thorne property (now part of WTM's West Timmins Gold Project) which resulted in the discovery of the Golden River Zone in 1995.

R. Michael Jones
Director

Mr. Jones brings 20 years of experience as a professional geological engineer to the board of WTM and has been directly involved with raising over $250 million for exploration, mining development and production. Mr. Jones is founder, President and CEO of Platinum Group Metals Ltd. He was a founder of Glimmer Resources Inc. and was responsible for the discovery of the Glimmer Gold Mine in Timmins, Ontario. During a six year tenure as President of Cathedral Gold, Mr. Jones ran a producing mining company. He was also involved in the review of the feasibilty study and financing for a $1 billion diamond mining project during two years as Vice President with Aber Resources. Mr. Jones served on the Securities Policy Advisory Committee of the British Columbia Securities Commission for six years. Mr. Jones holds a B.S. Sc. in Geological Engineering from the University of Toronto.

Peter Crossgrove
Director

Mr. Crossgrove is a Member of the Order of Canada. He is currently Chairman of Excellon Resources Inc. and Brush Creek Corp. He is former Chairman and founder of Masonite International Inc., a door manufacturing company. Masonite has operations in 14 countries, has 12,000 employees and annual sales in excess of US $2 billion. Mr. Crossgrove sits on various boards of directors including Barrick Gold, Quadra Logic Technologies and Dundee Realty Corporation and previously served as CEO and Vice Chairman of Placer Dome Inc.

Thor Eaton
Director

Mr. Eaton is a director of Metaris Inc. and Fralex Therapeutics Ltd, and was a Director of Band-Ore Resources for ten years prior to that company’s merger with Sydney Resource Corporation to form West Timmins Mining Inc.

Eric Carlson
Director

Mr. Carlson is the founder of Anthem Properties Group. Anthem is a Vancouver based real estate investment, development and management company focused on retail and residential properties predominantly in Western Canada. Mr. Carlson is also involved as an investor, advisor and director in a number of other businesses in the mining, technology and capital management sectors. Mr. Carlson is a Chartered Accountant. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of British Columbia.
