I simply do not understand this capital expansion. Lac stands to get government loans, GM to come up with money. They may not need extra money right now, but only in a few years. Based on what I have learned in economics, they can benefit from borrowing some money now if they are going to need a bit of a transition, and then wait with a capital expansion when we are a few years ahead and the exchange rate is higher.

There is something completely wrong, also the timing of the announcement, do they have no control over their budget at all, or is it pure insider care?.

Conclusion: I'm just so sorry for this pointless situation, the credibility is gone.

I'm very sorry that I've been so positive for many years, but I'm totally out as soon as it can be done, and the panic has subsided.
