Ms. Laura Lee Duffett reports

UPDATE: TRES-OR GOLD EXPLORATION IN QUEBEC

Tres-Or Resources Ltd. has released an update on our new Quebec gold projects located in the Abitibi-TA miscamingue region of northwestern Quebec. Tres-Or entered into a property option agreement with Sementiou Inc. to acquire up to an undivided 76% right, title and interest in 11 different groups of claims all of which contain gold showings as reported by the Quebec government (see news release dated January 21, 2010). Tres-Or is the project Operator.

Tres-Or's Quebec gold properties are at varying stages of exploration ranging from advanced to grass roots. Site visits were completed in May to several of the highest priority properties. The visits confirm exploration potential and have produced plans for fieldwork in the summer.

Duparquet Property

Tres-Or has completed a detailed ground magnetic survey and plans initial field work including prospecting, geologic mapping and data compilation on the Duparquet Property, which is situated 2 km north of the Porcupine-Destor fault within the prolific Abitibi greenstone belt that stretches from Timmins Ontario to Rouyn-Noranda in Quebec. Duparquet is a large (1,515 hectare) claim block with potential splay fault extensions from the Porcupine-Destor fault and the Beattie and Donchester past producing mines located 3 to 15 km to the west. These past producing mines are currently being explored by Clifton Star Resources Inc. and Osisko Mining Corporation with a 120,000 m drill program (see Clifton Star news release dated February 18, 2010). According to government reports, the Porcupine-Destor fault system, combined with the parallel Larder Lake - Cadillac system to the south, has produced over 140 million ounces of gold.

Fabre Properties

A second priority property was visited in the Fabre canton. The Fabre and Fabre Station Properties host high grade silver (Ag), cobalt (Co), gold (Au), bismuth (Bi), copper (Cu) and nickel (Ni) from pits and drill core, based on government showings reports. Sulphide-rich pit samples were collected on Fabre during the due diligence site visit. Mineralization of Ag-Co-Bi is associated with north-northwest trending regional faults and the Nippissing diabase like the Cobalt silver camp and co-incident Au-Cu-Ni is apparently associated with sulphide mineralization in a sheared Archean greenstone belt. A bornite and chalcopyrite-bearing sample was collected from tailings at a shaft on the Fabre Station cantons. Assay results are pending.

Weidner Property

An example of a more grass roots property was visited in Weidner canton, located 50 km north of Duparquet. Due diligence samples of sulphide-bearing rock were collected, and an initial prospecting program was recommended in this largely under-explored shear zone.
