TRES-OR RESOURCES LTD. PRIVATE PLACEMENT
Tres-Or Resources Ltd., subject to the acceptance of the TSX Venture Exchange, has raised $650,000 through the sale of 4,333,334 units on a private-placement basis at a price of 15 cents per unit. Each unit comprises one common share and one share purchase warrant entitling the holder to acquire a further common share at a price of 22 cents for a term of 18 months.
Proceeds from the private placement will be used to advance the company's exploration projects and for general working capital.
