It looks pretty good, from what I've seen a typical net smelter royalty ranges from 1-3% so yes it is at the higher end of the range. However, let's not forget in order for the net smelter royalty to be of any significance, Torch will have to be producing! I doubt anyone is going to be complaining about 2.75 off the top at that point.
