I was doing some research that anyone can look up on either SNA's or AMA's website or find on the TSX.

AeroMechanical was founded in 1998 and has been publicly traded on the TSX Venture Exchange (TSX.V: AMA) since March 2003. The Company’s solutions and services are primarily sold under the FLYHT brand name (www.flyht.com).
So let me see, SNA has been in business since 1993. AMA has been in business since 1998. Both have the same technology both are making sales. AMA is a break away company from SNA. Just on time registered in business to me it stands to reason that SNA initializing the lawsuit and after investigating AMA's website, they seem to be downplaying the whole situation. You take a look and see for yourself.
SNA is trading at .22 today AMA last time I looked traded at .72. SNA has a lot of activity in trading shares AMA has very limited trading very limited.
As an investor I think SNA is grossly undervalued or AMA is grossly over valued. I prefer to believe that SNA is undervalued.
