CALGARY, ALBERTA -- Aug. 29, 2008 - RepeatSeat Ltd. (TSX VENTURE: RPS.V) ("RepeatSeat" or the "Corporation") is pleased to announce that effective August 22, 2008, Mr. Alykhan Mamdani has joined the Board of Directors. Mr. Mamdani is currently the President and CEO of CriticalControl Solutions Corp., an Alberta based technology company. Mr. Mamdani has served on the board or as an advisor to a number of public and private companies to maximize shareholder value through business realignment, acquisition or divestiture.
George Watson, Executive Chairman of the Board of Directors of RepeatSeat commented, "We wish to welcome Mr. Mamdani and look forward to adding a Director with his business experience and expertise in the technology sector."
RepeatSeat also wishes to announce that the Corporation has granted 2,225,000, in the aggregate, stock options pursuant to its Stock Option Plan to directors, officers, consultants, and employees of the Corporation. These options have an exercise price of $0.14, vest immediately, and have a five year term to expiry.
