When I read about the departure of Mr. Davidson, there were a couple of things going through my mind. 1) Sometimes a guy is great at getting something out of the blocks but not necessarly having the right stuff to take it to the next level. That's not intended as a slam, but we all have different strengths we bring to the table. 2) There could have been a power play in which case the ones taking over are passionate about the growth opportunities. or 3) There could have been an old fashioned personality conflict which is not for me to comment on. In any event, while I appreciate Mr. Davidson's contributions, I still think we're in good hands.
