This is a really awesome aquisition, first of all they bought a cash cow, these entertainment areas in theatres and events are huge and this business will continue growing. Plus it opens the doors to a whole new group of entertainment giants that RPS can now sell their e-ticketing, m-commerce and IT logistics infrastructure as well. Wait and see, i believe this is really going to get the ball rolling bigtime. Excellent news....RPS has alot going and the stock price is so low that it would be hard npot to make money over the next year....Go RPS.....
