Thank you for your inquiry.

There seems to be a lot of confusion in regards to the contract between AGORACOM and ProtoKinetix. 

As per the original signed contract between AGORACOM and ProtoKinetix, the terms of the agreement are as follows:

  • Duration - 12 months
  • Monthly Cash Compensation - $3,000
  • Stock Options - 250,000 shares at $0.40 per share
