Tryz,

This is certainly a difficult situation for PCLI and I'm guessing you're not happy with your investment decisions involving PCLI. However, you're making unsubstantiated statements in your frustration that I find totally inappropriate. Get a grip!!

I have found Mr Newman to be very believable in all the things that he has stated on this board. Now he has and an additional challenge. I would encourage Mr Newman to focus on those things and not waste his time responding to most of these questions (as inquiring minds will always have more questions). I trust Mr Newman will shortly provide us addtional information regarding the circumstances surrounding Mr. Knoll's resignation.

I would guess you leaving your employer would not require filing an 8K.
