I'm on the sidelines with PCLI

My concerns as an investor:

1) still no 10k; if this were a simple matter, 30 days should have been substantial time to file the report. How much longer before the stock 'possibly' gets moved to the otc?

2) share count as of March 19, 2008 - anyone have a more current number?

3) all else on hold till the retailer launches the pilot program (it seems from the ceo's response)

4) curious to see the online retail revenues though - should have increased again year over year and q over q, substantially imho

will wait for 10k before buying back in

no real answer on the cd's; when will the next conversions hit? scary thought for any speculative investor
