This document was presented at the annual Ontario Good Roads Association conference in Toronto recently. For those that are not familiar with this organization, their mandate is to ensure the betterment of Ontarios roads and the lobbying of government to increase funding for road maintenance and construction.
The Ontario and other provincial governments will have to direct funds to the northern communities to ensure the timely construction of infrastructure to provide access to our ever expanding resource development.
