I will vote yes. Rick Goerner is a seasoned business man who has made all the right moves in growing our company. When he first came aboard his goal was to buy a company that is on a larger exchange. We need to get off the OTCBB.

You cannot by a company of that magnitude on piecemeal basis. Mr. Pohl discussed an umbrella similar to a parasol. In my opinion, Mr. Goerner is growing our company to resemble a patio umbrella. They are much larger and stronger.
