There's no more Swartz/Lincoln mentioned in this proxy, which means, Swartz is at least under 5%. Here's a history of the last four proxys (starting in 2006):

378,668,118 (Lincoln: 32,248,173 = 8.52%, no Swartz was mentioned)

We have 60 mio shares MORE outstanding since Feb 2006 (at which time our shareprice was at 0,815...) - how will RG be able to convince new investors with this history? Will they get to know the real truth about what happened in the last years?
