It certainly crushes our SP and is created by posts brought to this board from the yahoo board. One of our posters made a mistake and stated the PTO decision was positive for us. It was a mistake , but our SP flew up six cents. That is the reason. ALL IMO GLTA Have a great day, greeneyes
