Well written and persuasive. One disagreement with a word choice, if you permit. "Erratic" price indicates (in general use) extreme changes in both directions. We have a 2 1/2 year meltdown with BRIEF pops. A slow demise with limited reprieve, from this perspective. In music this could never be seen as erratic. Hope not offensive in my disagreement. Thought the overall was a helpful argument against my position (and others). Thank you.
