Why now? Why now are people trying to press the BOD issue? Why were we not screaming at the top of our lungs when the decision was made to issue dividends two years ago? Why didn't we demand Pohls resignation right then and removal of the BOD? Did we all drop the ball? Are we just as much to blame as the BOD for sitting quietly all this time?

Brian when you were our shareholder representative did you voice your concerns to the BOD about the issueing of dividends? Not once but all three times?

I just don't see why we have to attack this right now when it's very clear to me that the SP is where it is because of the MMP situation with the USPTO and Swartz selling. We dont need any more negative publicity with the fragility of the SP right now unless you are trying to buy in lower.

All the complaining to PTSC may have just the opposite effect as you like and we could lose the very people that are making good decisions in my view at PTSC right now.
