1Rare1, good post, thanks for the civilized response. Your suggestion for "investors to bombard the company with letters or emails demanding change", I assume specifically with regard to compensation, is a reasonable one. Whether it's a good idea to go public in the manner you suggest is more debatable given that the low SP is due more, in my view, to the uncertainty surrounding USPTO re-exams and resultant pause in licensing than any poor decisions made previously by the BoD, misuse of funds for dividends notwithstanding.
