We all agree with you anyway, although I did ask in another post whether anyone thought that the BoD's appointment of Goerner as CEO and board approval of his choices for Bibeau (management) and Schrock (director) were bad decisions. Never mind what happened in the past; do you think they were bad decisions? More to the point - what, in practical terms, do you think can be done about the compensation issue? You've voiced your displeasure on the forum, as have others, and that's fine - but now what?
