Management publicly stated Quanta has very little impact. The MMP has been licensed to a small percentage of chip makers and the Supreme Court ruled unanimously on the issue and practically begged LG tu sue Quanta out of court for breach of contract.

Unanimous decisions with guided rulings like the one returned in the LG v Quanta case (from what I have read), basically means the Supreme Court allowed for contractual language to prevail if done properly.

"PTL didn't want to go to trial because of the benefits of the ex-parte re-exams over a jury deciding prior arts."

Supplant everything you stated in your prior post and replace it with the above.

Now you got it.
