Good post, gcduck, a history lesson in encapsulated form never goes to waste even for those who think they know the story, especially when it's told as objectively as you tell it. When I was reading it, I did want to keep on saying "yeah, but... yeah, but... yeah, but..." (like Vicky Pollard on Little Britain), but I have come around, over the course of a year or so, from slamming certain members of the board to accepting the reality of their presence on the BoD, even though I think, as the company progresses, their relevance will increasingly diminish, if it hasn't already for one or more of them. Their presence, in itself, isn't going to alter PTSC's fortunes one way or another. USPTO rulings and new management skills in parlaying the fruits of positive rulings into something bigger will do that, and nothing else (with, I guess, the possible exception of CJ).
