This is like evaluating mgmts. decisions in a baseball trade....I'm on the fence with this BOD group....I'm going to have to watch the recent decisions play out awhile longer......I was fine with the Pohl era. It cleaned up a chunk of the spill.......Aside from the patent clarity, visability (ie: earnings, forecast, guidance) for potential investors is a huge detriment. It's an issue I would like to see improvement. One that is impossible if everything remains locked up in secrecy until bits come out three months later in a 10-Q......
