Just being suspicious, but if the own millions of shares and wanted to sell, it would be to their best interest to keep the PPS from tanking, while they unload.

10K$ could be cheap compared to how many they could sell for more.

Not saying I believe that or think it's what's happening, but am weary of this stock and the players to date.
