I assume you are referring to Lecktrone's statements about a preference for negotiating as opposed to litigating. History has proven that to be the case so far. TPL has not initiated any litigation to date.

As far as the threat of litigation, it is there for obvious reasons. And why do you say it is veiled? Are you trying to say the threat is not real? IMHO that would only be the case if the PTO disallows or invalidates a significant part of the MMP. Until that happens, I would take the threat as being real. Opty
