This is the last that I will say on this..and was hoping that this would be open for discussion..

The operative word that I used was "possibly"(word chosen purposefully)..before I posted that pharse (that could only be construed as speculation), I did a little research about the company..

another OTBB stock; 52 week range of .02 - .29; Market Cap of 16.37 million; huge potential markets; have agreements with some of our infringers (Sony..Toshiba and other Japanese companies with "sercret deals" under confidentiality agreements; IT patents; software, hardware, power for hand held devices; DOD; Homeland Security; California based..etc.

While I hope that our M&A would involve a NAS company, the more that I think that it would involve a tech based company that is not yet established..but on the brink of good things to come..with some products going out the door - but needs cash to ramp up or "make it happen"..it would be inline with the companies that we already have in our sites..look at the companies that we are already involved with for a template..would seem to fit the mold that has already been cast..

So essentially they are a smaller company that has potential, could benefit from cash infusion, California based, has many of the same customers in an IP environment..and probably has people contacts that travel in the same circles as our management..quite frankly, the more that I look at this company the more that I think it is more of a possibility than "..any other company in the world"..

Futher, we don't know how long PTSC has been looking at the various short list of companies for M&A. Here is some wild irresponsible speculation for you..what about the whole "business resolution" thing that I could never quite come to terms with..could they have had some third party in mind with the Js that would benifit all parties if the Js had something in the pipe that would benefit all..perhaps even TPL..

I am not saying that this "is the company"..but I would not be suprised if companies like VSPC are not in the mix, or in the short list.
