That is a "stocks to watch" newsletter. Viaspace was on there because of an order announcement.

Patriot was on there because of the shareholder letter.

The only relationship between the two is that they had news on the same day and AnalystStockReport.com included both in their "stocks to watch" letter. Those letters happen every day with hundreds of companies from various newsletter authors. It does not mean any M&A between Viaspace and Patriot.

That is just irresponsible speculation.
