Great point about how our stock would be perceived in value by an incoming company BOD and management.
The history of our stock price is evident to all.
I agree that TPL might be buying/merging the MMP with us into a new entity, and therefore establishing a value for worth & ownership. This would make a lot of sense.
And I believe Rick will be left free to pursue and develope the company, independantly of TPL, thereby fulfilling his objectives for PTSC exclusively.
Since being involved in this stock, I have thought the PPS was being played like a yoyo. It would not take many dollars to be able to sway the PPS here, with such a large OS and limited daily volume. My contention has been someone(s) has been accummulating shares, for whatever purpose.
We know PTSC has been buying their own shares.
Mybe these shares will be valued higher in the future then they are now.
