Sure he may know people who would help and aid our cause, and could suggest them, but him looking for a BOD member, that is only there to look out for US the Shareholders/Owners of this Corp. should not be in his area of duties."

All true enough but this is what Goerner said in his 7 March 08 SH letter:
"...- Additionally, the Board and I are launching a campaign to replace the two open Board seats and we intend to add directors with direct electronics industry experience, and connections, to help direct the Company with respect to possible M&A efforts and help expand our scope of activity. We believe that market conditions are favorable for M&A and that quality opportunities will surface..."

Since then, Schrock has joined the Board and Bibeau has joined the management "team". Acknowledged that Goerner hasn't mentioned new Board appointees since that letter.
