Well TPL/PTSC really can't put much pressure on potential infringers...using the threat of paying higher after the PTO process. The potential infringer basically plays the waiting game letting us bear all the expense and work and worry and comes back with the old excuse..."Hey, I'd like to sign a licence but right now we're not even sure you have a patent that is enforecable...come back and see us when your done spending your legal fees and such and we'll surely talk then."

I've, been there done that, on these things and they're basically saying that the whole thing is up in the air till we get our house straighten out. And for the most part, unless we're willing to settle for a fraction of what we may be worth, they're right!!!!!!!!!
