Ok, so if i get this right based on what RG said on time frame and how going through re-exam strengthens patents what Emtnester is implying is that TPL and Moore are taking advantage of this and enhancing claims on the patents to midigate all prior art cited. The patents when they come out should be Rock Solid if all go's well and we will be off and running. I think i'm going to have a stroke!

Just kidding, it all sounds good to me. I want solid, strength and validation. I want $$$ so we can move on with a solid Acquisition!
