>Brian has said essentially the same thing, no more cash from the Js
He said that but did not disclose from who he got that info.
>Goerner said it in a letter
Where did you see Goerner said it in a letter. Please post the original sentences from that letter.
>I sent an email to Hawk and the company replied "everything up till Jan 31 in the 10Q" (not an exact quote)
We need the exact quote to see it equals "no more from the Js". Hawk was not specifically refering to Js, was it?
>Quite a few people have posted on this board "no more from the Js".
Quite a few people (or a million, for that matter) posted on this board "no more from the Js" did not claim that they got the info from insiders. If those are IMO statements, that is totally different than what Brain said and yahoo poster said.
>Goerner has said it to others, "no more cash from the Js" repeating what he said in the letter. IMO, I doubt he felt he was selectively giving information (clarification) to some shareholders. Again, IMO, he was simply saying 'yeah, that's what I said". If it were I, I would probably add "what the heck don't you understand here", so he's obviously a nicer person than me, LOL.
Where did you see Goerner said it to others. Please post the original sentences from that letter. Are you splitting hairs here?
To repeat, I think you are splitting hairs. There's no insider information, no violation of the NDA and no selective information being disbursed.
It is not for you to make the final judgement whether "no more from the Js" is insider info or not. TPL/PTSC and other insiders from defendents will have the final say, or the SEC can decide if an investigation is initiated.
And as far as "sources close to the company", I have sources close to the company, I don't know if they are reliable or not.
"I have sources close to the company" and you did not post anything looked liked a insider information and declared it is a fact. So you are fine. By the way, it is even better not to defend those who are not fine.
