And IMO a Fujitsu comparison is "apples and oranges" because Fujitsu was facing a great deal more risk IMO (what with the litigation in progress) than Sony was facing at the moment they settled.
Both Fujitsu & Sony were part of the litigation that was in progress.. Fujitsu settled prior to Sony.. so in theory, corrections please, Sony would have been facing as great if not 'greater risk'... at the time each settled.
