I recall the lag, due to the "occurance" being in the 4th qtr, if I recall correctly. And don't get me wrong - I was one of those expecting a bigger number (out of Sony). And while the follow-on deal with Intellysis may have appeared "suspect" - I was one who suggested that no doubt the MMP negotiations aided TPL in getting the right "contacts" within Sony (i.e., that much I'll buy). But anything beyond that was IMO beyond "wild speculation" - and I KNOW wild speculation! LOL
But the LL DD does show that things may not have been "out of whack" as some (many?) suggest. And IMO a Fujitsu comparison is "apples and oranges" because Fujitsu was facing a great deal more risk IMO (what with the litigation in progress) than Sony was facing at the moment they settled.
