Maybe RG knows somthing we don't and feels the low SP is very temporary. In his letter he said the M&A evaluation process takes time. It may be a while (late summer perhaps) before they pull the trigger on a deal. A lot will or may happen between now and then ie. USPTO, 10-K, T3. The SP situation may turn around soon.
