Its beyond pathetic but as you say - no point in selling now; the company has $20 mil cash, no debt, ongoing SSDI business, and, as far as we know, ability to continue to pursue licensees, so its not as if the company is going BK anytime soon which leaves far more upside potential then downside potential. There are some good momentum boosters on the horizon - USPTO review, Schwarz M&A apprval authority gone at end of the month - which will make an M&A a little easier to accomplish, resolution of Acer lawsuit, and hopefully more licensees. Getting past the USTPO review I think will be a positive step and momentum boost to licensing and hopefully we will see some positive movement of sp but I am not expecting a dramatic impact on SP until more licensing actually comes in and/or M&A activity.
