The fact that both sides failed to comply suggests one of two possibilities to me:
1. The venue transfer has obviated the need for compliance and it just fell through the court cracks and has not been accounted for yet.
or
2. A settlement is in the works, or done, and as such, the parties blew off the ADR because they both already know it is moot and inconsequential.
