Why tell us anything if there is a NDA, no more cash from deal with the J3, is that not disclosure, was it contingent on the USPTO, no! How in the world can they tell us anything if there is a NDA, what are we getting clues here, I feel like were all playing 20 questions here, how many questions do we have left before they give us the answer.
