My theory is that even though posters ask for more visibility and transparency from the company, and requested an experienced CEO who could provide a strong plan and act on it, and wanted clear and direct communications from the CEO to tell them what was going on, and what the company's plans are moving forward, that really what posters here want is to distort the messages given and to selectively choose what parts of what communication they like, so that in essence they fit their theory of what's going on rather than accepting the company's statements about what is going on.
How does MCEL fit in anyway into what RG has indicated he is planning on doing with M&A. How does, not knowing what the terms of the settlement fit in any way with ANYTHING! lol.
I suggest that people review the letters issued by RG, and rather than try to find hidden meaning and unsaid words, read the written word and the obvious meaning, and be thankful that we've actually gotten what we've wanted, at least apparently so far, a serious business minded CEO who has a plan, contacts, and the apparent big picture understanding of what he can and can't accomplish, and that he has outlined that for us, and is incrementally taking action to accomplish it.
