Is it possible that like virt was saying TPL needed more time to figure out how much the J's owed. The letters from RG were both after the 10-Q3 was posted. If money was recieved after the Q-3 report was processed it may be possible that most of the J'3 settlment will show up in the 10K and RG's letters stating they have recieved all the money from all transactions announced before end of January would still be accurate. Seems like I recall some statement in the 10-Q or the shareholders letters about something reflected in the 10-K. It may be worth looking back over the information again.
