I guess the only thing that makes sense is that PTSC is exactly what it is a .30 cent OTC stock.

The company has always had no leadership, Goerner is the brightest hope this company has had in a long time. and the fact that he has bought hundreds of thousands of shares gives some measure of hope that he personally believes that he will be able to increase the value of his investment by piloting this company in the right direction.

TPL holds the reigns and it must be very difficult to try and be a captain of the ship when you are really not the captain.

It appears also that TPL is not as sharp as one would want to believe, but what do they care, they have made absolute millions. In their minds this client has paid well.
