From memory, corrections welcome:

"Tredennick sits on Intellesys & Alliacence Advisory Boards.. he may, but I don't believe is, on any other Board of Directors (INVC?)..."

Tredennick sits on INVC and Imsys (Sweden) boards, and Quicksilver Tech, advisory board.

"CJ council for multiple 'businesses'.. don't believe he is on any other BoD..."

CJ is a board member on Peregrine Pharma, along with best buddies Swartz and Pohl.
