JW's ruling on the 584 has already been factored into the SP. TTC did what they needed to do by taking it to the CC. I don't think that they expected a ruling in our favor--I think that it was part of the process that they needed to follow. Meanwhile, new claims have been written for the 584 and the PTO will take a look at them. The important thing for me to think abourt right now is WHAT does Schrock and RG have in mind for us? I can not imagine that two such experienced guys would even allow their names to be connected with us unless they plan something big--there is MY hope. GL, ads
