Imo, both ease and jhawk have it right. There are more and more longs lowering expectations and THAT is a good thing. We can wish all day long for royalties payments and gobs of money waiting in the wings from the J3, but the reality is, the big money we expected isn't there now and most likely may never be coming. We do KNOW the USPTO ruling is forthcoming. Let's hope it's sooner rather than later. Once the MMP is 100% validated, I expect more and more companies will purchase our patent(s). If that is indeed the case, I will continue to lower my expectations by not expecting any more transparancy with regards to the financial details. It is what it is. On the other hand, I AM hopeful that RG WILL be more transparent with regards to how he plans to spend the cash. If we acquire the right company, our focus will be on "the second spoke of the wheel" -- revenue we CAN predict from quarter to quarter.
