My question to mgmt.......
When Judge Ward ordered the dismissal of the case back in December, there was a MOU attached to the agreement (as part of 12/20 published court documents from PACER) which were under seal. The details are I know are confidential but I am asking if the MOU is still currently active in place. Yes or no. There should be no confidentiality to this question IMO.
The answer........
"Unfortunately it was the intent of the court that issues pertaining to the MOU, which would include the subject of the inquiry, remain confidential.
The Company regrets that it is not able to offer further comment on this matter."
This to me is an absurd use of confidentiality that smacks in the face of the shareholder...........
