a blanket statement like that show a lay persons ignorance when it comes to legal matters. There are just too many possibilities (a decision is not just black and white) I would not even attempt to post anything associated with the tech as i leave this to the engineers, please do the same with legal matters and leave it for the lawyers. questions are one thing, claimed factual statements are another.
