Granted rights in the form of a license does not = granted a license IMHO. If you grant right to something you can take it back. If you granted a license, there would be no recourse. Has anyone ever heard of a company getting a license, then the company that licensed it decides to take it back? The grant is temporary. That's the difference, IMHO Opty
