The concern is steady earnings.... I still have faith... It is possible that the somthing happen with the J2.5 to weaken our postion but the this does not seem likely to me(from events before settlement & after)...... I am hoping we have agreed on terms based on sales with percentage and importance of the technology with-in products... (or a conditional agreement)......
Why would TPL be looking for a tax expert.... if things are failing... more likely they are trying to defer tax burden and pay expense now...... Once again we have many facts that contrdict eachother .... BUT HERE I SIT... LONG AND strong (opps not so strong)
