you are right... and with a legitimate BOD and company you would receive communication of any sort of change.
the reason most do not believe that no other arrangement than one time fees is the way fees are being collected is due to from the beginning it was made clear that the was the plan of execution ... royalties were not apart of the licensing fee collection plan.
