The first paragraph of your post can give rise to some very interesting, and perhaps necessary, discussion about "insider" knowledge versus "leaks" versus the ability to keep information secret. I do not have time to do so now, but if you would be so kind as to remind me tomorrow or over the weekend, I would have more to say on that topic.

As to your p.s., I give out free legal advice all the time and rarely mind. However, and with apologies, I think it is counterproductive to talk about the question you posed, particularly at this point in time.
